IT Project Manager
The IT Project Manager develops and executes goals and timelines that will drive the operational implementation of assigned IT-related DSRIP projects for the Southern Tier Rural Integrated Performing Providers System, which has been established as part of the NYS Delivery System Reform project. Ensures projects operate within approved budgets & achieve desired outcomes, facilitates work group meetings, coordinates outreach with partner organizations, leverages subject matter experts to provide leading practices, and ensures timeline and reporting requirements are achieved. Associate’s degree in Applied Science in computer related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare or business environment required. Bachelor’s degree in Science in administrative or clinical fields and experience in the healthcare IT industry preferred.
Population Health Analyst
The Population Health Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the analytics function of the Care Compass Network and its respective partners. This position will serve as staff analyst for the Analytics team and prepare analytic reports and report results to key oversight committees. The Population Health Analyst will leverage available data to assess the quality of care and performance of the Care Compass Network partners in the service area. Must have an Associates degree and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills required.
Project Management Coordinator
The Project Management Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Project Management. The Project Management Coordinator will work with other members of the management team, including members of the PMO as well as Finance, Operations, Network Management, and Population Health domains of Care Compass Network. The position will also actively participate in various stakeholder meetings. This position provides oversight and operational logistic guidance and support for the PPS programs including project management and Regional Performance Unit (RPU) support. The position will collaborate extensively with internal and external constituents to drive success of DRSIP programs.
The Regional Leader reports directly to the Director of Operations and will be primarily responsible for overseeing the DSRIP implementation efforts within Care Compass Network defined regions. This position will support the regions partner engagement, awareness, education, reporting, and performance. The Regional Leader will collaborate with other members of the operations team, CCN staff and vendors, and CCN governance committees to proactively identify solutions to barriers and challenges. Must have a Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills required.
