In collaboration with Project TEACH, Care Compass Network will be hosting a 1-hour workshop for all prescribers and other key stakeholders. Dinner will be served and a cash bar will be available.
THE MISSION OF Project TEACH is to strengthen and support the ability of New York’s pediatric primary care providers (PCPs) to delivery care to children and families who experience mild-to-moderate mental health concerns.
Project TEACH offers several important services at no cost to PCPs in New York State:
• Telephone consultations with child and adolescent psychiatrists
• Face-to-face evaluations for your patients – either in person or by telepsychiatry
• Training and education in a variety of formats on assessment, treatment, and management of mild-to-moderate mental health concerns
• Linkage and referral services to community mental health and support services for PCPs and families
Who should attend: Pediatricians, Family Practice Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Other Prescribers, Social Workers, Primary Care Nurses, Operations Manager, Site Administrators, Senior Management and Key stakeholders
Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.
