The GetThere Call Center expanded their hours from 40 hours a week to 60 hours in order to increase service to the Medicaid population. With the extended hours, the GetThere cases has increased from 750 cases in 2016 to 1,956 cases in 2017, an increase of 160% in just one year. Mobility Management of South Central New York has also seen an increase of 35% in the number of Medicaid members that are utilizing the GetThere Call Center, which is up from 15% utilization in 2016.
