The Care Compass Network Board of Directors has adopted a set of core values for our organization. In alignment with our organization’s mission and values, Care Compass Network is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those that prohibit fraud, waste, and abuse in governmental payor programs. To ensure said compliance, Care Compass Network has voluntarily implemented a Corporate Compliance program that is intended to meet the criteria set forth by the Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of Inspector General’s Compliance Program, Federal Sentencing, and the Office of Medicaid Inspector General.
As part of our program, Care Compass Network has adopted compliance policies and procedures that describe the ethical and legal responsibilities of all employees and staff as well as any contractors acting on the company’s behalf. All are expected to follow Care Compass Network’s Code of Conduct and commitment to compliance.
For more information or to obtain a copy of our compliance policies and procedures, please contact Andrea Rotella, Corporate Compliance & Privacy Officer at 607-240-2591.
