Comfort is a human care behavior and a teachable skill. Humans are wired to help and support each other, and it is through this connection that we find our own emotional resilience. Even when we are in the midst of life-altering challenges, opening ourselves to the idea of comfort can be healing. Through this powerful program participants will:
- Assess their own comfort strengths and learn more about the skill and how to apply it every day.
- Have gained new perspectives, practical skills, and actionable tips.
The workshop will be led by Jill Bornstein who is the Co-Founder of Inspiring Comfort and Founder of HopePositive Training, Coaching, and Consulting. She is a frequent trainer and speaker on how to use the skill of comfort to be a better leader, showing the importance of connection and comfort in overall emotional health and suicide prevention.
